I am a researcher and strategist currently affiliated with Smith College and ICI Berlin.

As a researcher, I explore the relationship between culture, technology, and the body. I write articles, teach classes, and lecture internationally, and my first book, MONUMENTAL, was recently published by MIT Press. 

As a strategist, I help non-profits and SMEs craft and execute development and growth strategies. I also work with founders and early-stage startups build pitch decks, MVPs, and launch and digital strategy. 

I am proud to chair the board of Project for Empty Space and to be a Trustee of Sidwell Friends School where I clerk the Quaker Life Committee. 

When not working I can be found scouring the internet for very specific objects, doing some kind of seasonally appropriate outdoor activity, or traveling.
